SalaryIntel provides estimation tools for Indian salary structuring and personal income-tax computation. Calculations are based on official government information — principally the Income-tax Act, 1961 as amended by the applicable Finance Acts — encoded in the Site's configuration for each supported financial year. Statutes change and individual circumstances vary: outputs are estimates, not advice, and must be verified against the latest government publications (for example, incometax.gov.in) and, where money is at stake, with a qualified professional.

2. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANITS shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Site's outputs, including tax positions taken on their basis.

3. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, misrepresent its outputs as certified tax computations, or remove attribution from exported reports. Automated access that degrades the service for others is prohibited.

The Site's design, branding, and content are © ANITS, all rights reserved. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses. Statutory values are public information; their arrangement and presentation here are ours.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
